Entries for the 7th U.S. Amateur Four-Ball Championship at the Country Club of Birmingham (Ala.) will open the week of May 31 and close at 5 p.m. ET on Aug. 11. The competition is open to any amateur golfer whose Handicap Index does not exceed 5.4. A side can be comprised of one or two players. These 18-hole qualifying sites and dates are subject to change.
